Deposit & Shipping

We do not ship outside the U.S.A. Due to New York State regulations, we keep our puppies until they are 8 weeks of age. The puppies are weaned from their moms at 6 weeks and are then prepared to start their journey to their new home.

I require a $100.00 deposit to hold a puppy of your choice which is non-refundable unless the puppy does not pass his/her vet check at 6 weeks of age.

Since I have no control over the number of puppies nor the sex of the puppies a female dog may have, please be aware that I may not be able to provide you a puppy of your choice right away. If this situation should arise, I will apply your deposit towards the next litter.

The first inquiry on the puppy will get first choice upon receipt of your deposit. No puppy is considered sold until your deposit is received.

We are asking if you are not able to pick up your puppy on the date that the puppy is ready, you can either choose your puppy through photos or we will choose a puppy for you based upon your input. We can no longer hold up other customers if you are not able to come the day they are ready.

The remaining balance is due when the puppies are 7 weeks of age if the puppy is to be shipped to you. Shipping charges are $250 (airfare is approximately $200; health certificate from the vet $20.00; crate $30.00). Shipping is contingent upon weather conditions. A puppy cannot be shipped if the temperatures are below 20 degrees and above 85 degrees at any point of destination. I will make all of the travel arrangements for your puppy to be shipped to you.

If you are picking up your puppy, payment is due that day. However, if you do not pick up your puppy at 8 weeks of age, the remaining balance is due when the puppy is 8 weeks old in order for us to continue to care for the puppy.

Due to recent problems with personal checks, I can no longer accept personal checks on the day of pick up. I accept cash, money order, cashier's check, paypal, or a credit card. I am sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause.
